The bag is of excellent quality—very soft and spacious, despite its small size—and the color is great. I receive a lot of compliments on it.

I must say I really do like this purse. it's soft and cute. it's a little small but I'm giving it 5 stars anyway. it's convenient to carry with just a few things in it. I'm good with that.

Buy! I’m a name brand girl and was skeptical on buying this bag. But I have to say I am surprised and pleased by the quality and look of the bag. I absolutely love it and purchased it in another color.

I ordered the beautiful woven brown color (more dark camel to me), and I absolutely love it! Contrary to other reviews, I find the size quite adequate, as just putting in my iPhone, wallet, car key and eyeglasses case, it's as heavy as I'd want it (and I have plenty of totes if I need to carry more with me). There was no issue with the clasp staying close, even with that fairly heavy load. It is chic, high quality, just the right size, and will go with everything! For some reason, I did not receive the JW Pei box, but it was carefully shipped in a larger heavy cardboard box and was in perfect condition.

Five star review because this bag literally from the moment I saw it in the advertisement and here at home it causes a reaction in me. There is something just so beautiful and special about it that I kept coming back to it even though reviews were not really consistent. First of all it is so smooth. It truly feels like real leather for me. It’s the perfect size fits my phone, my wallet, my keys and a tiny make up bag. There is one small defect however it could be intentional due to the soft slouchy style. This bag is structured and slouchy all at once. Look at photos. You can see a little fold at the top. It’s real noticeable when you put the Crossbody strap on it, but you can kind of bend it over and make it look neat.I don’t mind it but it’s worth mentioning as it is at higher price point. I will be keeping.

I Love the design and the quality, however the finishing on the handle is poorly done with visible flaws. I’m Requesting a replacement and I hope the next one will be better.

I love this bag so much I bought it in another colour. It’s small and compact but holds all my essentials for the day. I was initially worried it might be too small but it’s actually perfect. The only thing I would change is the hardware. It rubs and squeaks when you walk and that friction has caused the clasp for the long strap to break and some indentations on my bag handle. But it didn’t keep me from being a repeat customer. The bag is soft and the shade of green is perf, it works like a neutral if you will. I get so many compliments!

This is such a beautiful purse but I am so disappointed in the hardware, it SQUEALS! All the hardware comes wrapped in cling plastic and foam paper. Of course I took all that off along with the inside stuffing. Well I’m wearing it for the first time on my way to vacation with my belongings inside and it sounds like there’s a mouse in my purse! It so loud it’s not only noticeable to me but others near me. All you hear is this hardware rubbing and squealing. It’s so embarrassing. I ripped a piece of a plastic bag and sat for a while weaving it through the hardware. It was like trying to thread a needle. I finally got it wrapped to make the squealing stop until I am home or can find another purse while I’m on vacation. I should not have to do this and I should not have to leave the cling plastic wrapped on the hardware. I am so disappointed in this product, for the price of well over $100 this should not be an issue. I have $60 purses from lesser known TJ Maxx brands that have NEVER had this issue.
