i have tried hydroxcut before and yes it does work as long as you stick to it follow rhe directions it digest really well it helps with the control of your appetite no mood swings your sleep quality is better than what it use to be well for me at least your very focus when taking this hydroxcut

This is working for me! I take one in the a.m. and it gives me energy and really curbs my appetite. Before I could seriously eat twice my weight by 10 a.m. Im going to start taking the 2nd dose at 1 p.m. and see what happens. I haven't lost weight yet but maybe over time. Zero side effects.

If you're not losing weight on this you probably need to DEWORM yourself. I used this years ago and lost 20 lb on it. I'm glad to see it back on the market I'm hoping it's the same formula. I will update but I do feel a slight difference in my body already I've been taking them for only a week.

Not a miracle solution and every person will tell you to just get off your butt and exercise, but I’m still very lazy and set in my ways. I didn’t change my active style very much (moderately active) but I didn’t end up cutting most sugars out of my diet. It is caffeinated, so transitioning to two capsules was too much for me. I did go from 181lbs to 171lbs in a month though; losing 10lbs helped me feel more confident. It was definitely a little difficult, but I had support from my partner who pushed me to eat healthier at the very least. I did start eating “better” in terms of cutting the bad fats/sugars and taking this helped me feel more motivated. It could be a placebo effect, but I’ve kept the weight off and I hope to keep going on my healthy journey. Made me super anxious, so I stuck with just 1 capsule 1-2 times daily. Might buy again, but I might just stick to cutting the negative foods out of my diet and see where it takes me. (Without Hydroxycut)

I'm not sure why I bought this thinking it had any merits, but I did. These are caffeine pills. I probably drink more coffee than I should, so I have a high tolerance to caffeine. For about a week, when I took these pills, I was wired. It was great. I'd go for a run and have energy for days. I actually beat my PR running while on these. Then after about 2 weeks, I found no difference after taking these. No more rapid heart rate, no more energy. To be completely honest, often times I'd take them and go take a nap. As for weight loss, these had zero effect. No appetite suppression, no losing weight due to increased heart rate, etc. Also, once you stop taking them, you might experience some caffeine withdraw in the form of headaches. In the end, I'd rather have a good pot of hot coffee vs take these pills. They're expensive and basically do nothing as far as weight loss is concerned - unless you count having extra energy for the first two weeks. But at FOUR pills a day as recommended, it's way overpriced.

After hitting 49 I started noticing that I was getting a lot of extra inches in the bosoms and the hip area. Soon the belly fat started to come on despite my diet. Also I was fatigued and muddled. I did research and discovered this product. I am normally sensitive to caffeine but the very particular brand of caffeine used in this particular supplement is actually quite good. And, if you follow the instructions and gradually build up your tolerance to the product, you will have no issues. Day one I had tons of energy and my attitude improved. I no longer felt down in the dumps but actually super positive. I also didn't feel the need to snack and my sugar cravings left. Within the first two days I noticed almost an immediate change. Day one my face looks slimmer, day two my clothing was starting to fit more like it did back in the day. After one week my fiance commented I was losing weight very quickly and he's always been very supportive so he said I didn't need to lose any. But, girls, we know better than that. Lol. After 2 weeks I was back down to my Pre menopause size. I am now maintaining and continuing to slim down but at a more gradual rate. I'm just noticing my clothing fitting better, my bras not feeling so tight. My hips not feeling so heavy. And in general I'm not leaving to eat as much as I was needing the past 2 years. In fact, I'm back to my old diet of having a light breakfast and a reasonable size lunch and some snack at night. And I have energy and I'm staying awake. Plus I don't have dark moods like I was feeling before. I've coupled this with some menopause gummies, berberine and it's been a game changer.

This does work. I’m so happy. I am taking it in conjunction with another dietary nighttime sleep aid/veggie capsules but for the primary fat burner it does great. I wonder what took me so long. I hope it helps me hit my goal in November at weigh-in’s.
