Longtime Lactose intolerant person in love with MilkTAB. It works miracles!
1000% out of 100%. If I could give it more stars I would. I have been very lactose intolerant since I was 19 ( i am 33 now) and I grew up in the great Midwest dairy state eating dairy my whole life. I love dairy, but dairy hates me. Lactaid i thought was the solution but it never did anything no matter me trying to triple the dosage. For years I just let my lactose intolerance dictate my choices (mostly) but I saw adverts for Milktab when hearing there's been a surge in development for lactose intolerance digestives that pack a better "punch". I chose to try Milktab after doing a big comparison between a lot of other similar companies producing these kinds of products. What really won me over was that this doesn't just help digest lactose but the other parts that make up dairy products like protease and lipase. So I gave it a shot for a vacation to universal studios in Orlando. Since the first pill it has worked LITERAL wonders! Normally having something with dairy makes me search for the nearest bathroom in 10 minutes or less but I got to enjoy my entire day and not have that painful danger feeling in my tummy. I got to eat so much food that i never get to have otherwise without any pain which for how long I've been lactose intolerant, its practically unheard of! For a pretty affordable 12$ at the time of purchasing a small sleeve of 15 pills I thought that was great for stuffing in my purse/wallet while on vacation and it didn't take up much room. After a whole week of testing, I trusted these pills so much I ordered directly from Milk tab and got their deal for 3 boxes so I can enjoy dairy again. I can't say much about the taste as I would usually just take it with some water or soda which I think is the preferred method and works fine. The pills themselves if i let it rest on my tongue for a few seconds sorta taste like what I think bland cardboard tastes like. If that's all i have to deal with to eat dairy then that i'd argue is a completely fair trade off. I will 100% buy from them again.

These worked so well!!
These are awesome. I would still get symptoms with Lactaid and Dairy Pill. I am pain and potty free with these! I think they are even helping with my IBS. It's been great. Definitely will keep buying.

Game Changer with a time limit
These are a total game changer and work INCREDIBLY well. I can finally have dairy again. But, I will say the 30 minute window they talk about in the instructions, it's real. So first bite is when you should take the pill. Not way before.

Wrong count, always
I enjoy these tablets as they work very well, but I have paid 3 times for the 45 pack and have received the 15 pack each and every time.

These saved me!
These tablets saved me. I am truly lactose intolerant not just mildly. I saw an ad for these and tried and they worked great. I started out woth a small serving of dairy and finally tried with pizza and they worked! I have some bloating the next day so I won't go too crazy but definitely no cramping or pain. I need to order more.

Love the Product, Don't Love Receiving the Wrong Item
The pills work wonderfully, but as I've been reading that's been happening recently alot through Amazon, I've ordered the 45 pack the last three times, and each time I've received the 15 pill pack. Now this wouldn't normally be an issue, but with Amazon's new refund policy and their AI and agents giving the third degree for wrong orders, returns or generally any issues, it's becoming a pain dealing with this, especially has its happened 3 times in a roll now and I'm not receiving the item I rightfully paid for.

A TALE OF REDEMPTION
As a member of the South Asian community, being unable to consume dairy for the last 20 years has been a source of deep shame. I have failed my ancestors. They have turned their backs on me in disgrace. For years I tried the Costco lactase pills. One didn’t work. Two didn’t work. I was too ashamed to attempt three. But then, one fateful day, I saw an ad for Milktab. This was to be a one-time test. My final stand. I was at dinner with my wife and daughter. I ordered a karak chai. My wife’s eyes shot open like someone had just announced a Category 5 dairy event. She knew I was heading to a two-hour religious service after dinner, and she also knew my worst nightmare was a lactose-related incident in a public setting. Historically I last about 20 minutes before emergency protocols must be activated. “Are you sure you want to try that now?” she asked, with the concern of someone who has witnessed things no human should have to witness. I looked at her calmly, fortified by an army of 50,000 units of dairy-fighting bad-assery. “Oh, I’m sure.” In that moment something remarkable happened. A spark returned to her eyes—an attraction long since extinguished by my humiliating inability to process milk. It reignited like a raging napalm. The man she married had returned. A man willing to stare dairy in the face and say, “Not today.” I swallowed the pill with my chai and immediately thought, this was a terrible decision. But ALAS, MY GOOD PEOPLE. One hour passed. No issues. Two hours passed. Nothing. Three hours… still nothing. The entire night went by without so much as a suspicious rumble. THE MILKTAB ARMY HAD TRIUMPHED. Redemption. I had slain the foul beast. I had reclaimed my heritage. In my mind’s eye I could see my ancestors slowly turning back toward me, proud once more, holding trays of gulab jamun, rasmalai, and kheer. I stepped forward to embrace them. But they stepped back. Whispers filled the air. “Evaporated milk…” they murmured. No. No no no no no. BE REASONABLE. Evaporated milk is the final boss of lactose intolerance. A substance so vile, so concentrated, that historically I have been granted only five minutes before the internal combustion of pain and regret begins. I pleaded with my ancestors. But the whispers continued. This, it seemed, would be my final test. Precautions will be required. Planning. Strategy. Possibly protective equipment. But embark upon this journey I shall. If I survive the coming battle with evaporated milk, I will return with an update. Until then, my dairy-challenged brothers and sisters… Rejoice in the lands of Milktab.

a product that actually works; I'm impressed
a product that actually works I have severe lactose intolerance as an asian and decided to try this. Had creamy alfredo pasta that had all types of cream, milk, four different types of cheeses, everything you can name of. Ate this and then ate the pasta directly right after as instructed and I'm honestly impressed. I didn't feel the need to run to the toliet but I did decide to poop 4 hours later 5/5. pretty happy
