Looks Awesome, But My Order Had Mix-Ups
I purchased the Joker costume in Medium, but the first package included XL pants. I initiated a return/exchange and received the corrected size about one week later. Unfortunately, the replacement shipment arrived without the vest. Luckily, I hadn’t sent the original package back yet (I had a QR code label ready), so I kept the vest from that box before returning it.Quality and appearance are great—I got lots of compliments wearing it. The pants still run a bit loose and long on me (5'10", 195 lbs), but the overall look works well. Because of the initial size error and the missing vest on the exchange, I’m giving this 3/5. I would still order from Rubie again—the costume itself delivers—but I suggest customers order several weeks in advance to allow for any corrections. Thanks you
