I usually keep a tube of sensodyne around because I have sensitive gums. It's effective in helping the gums, I believe it helps to gently whiten my teeth, it has a good amount of foam and a decent tube size. I've been adding it to my clove toothpaste for more effectiveness of the clove toothpaste. Also I never irritates my mouth, like I said I have sensitive gums.
