It's not horrible but the brewers yeast makes it taste beer-y to hide that flavor I mix in an equal amount of chocolate Ovaltine. The malted flavor definitely helps. Otherwise the product seems to be helping my supply as it has doubled since I started drinking it three weeks ago

I enjoy the taste of this, but there’s only 20% brewers yeast in this so not sure it’s really helped with my milk supply. Quite pricey to take regularly.

This is actually super tasty! Got this has part of the last trimester bundle on their site, the hot chocolate is so delicious this is my second order! I have only produced colostrum so far but I do produce about 2-4mls a day and I was only producing 0.5mls unsure if the hot chocolate has helped or if it's just the closer I get to my due date. But it's good hot choccy so who cares

Definitely increased my milk supply. However I do not enjoy drinking it, hot is horrible. Cold is OK if you add some vanilla protein powder. Most importantly though it did increase my supply so even if you just have to neck it, it's worth it.

I tried this as it was recommended to me but it doesn't work for everyone, I suppose. Very disappointing when you're trying so hard to boost your supply, buying all these expensive products that yield no result. It comes in a very small bag and not even that tasty..

I am 6 weeks pp and first time mum i devolved my baby at 25 weeks so im exclusively pumping .I am an extreme under supplier only pumping 10mls total each pump and that would take an hour as was just drops all the time. I pump 8 times a day as lactation team told me at the hospital and on Domperidone which helped by 1-2mls more taking it for 3 weeks I have pcos which can cause you to either be an over supplier or under supplier Iv had 4 cups of this hot chocolate so far 1 in morning and one at night before bed… I then chase that down after with their milk supply tea and today iv pumped 20-30mls every session but 1 which I pumped (13mls but was in a rush) so far. It looks like it might be working for me even if it stays this way I’m still happy as now my baby is getting more of my milk and not just donor milk most of the time Bought it on a whim and it seems to be working give it a try … I will say the hot chocolate taste a lot better with a bit of sweetener and Luke warm … taste horrible hot in my opinion … first cup tasted had a horrible after taste had it hot and u can really taste the brews yeast but its whatever you prefer
