Recieved recently manufactured product, so lucked out there. If you have kidney stones, don't take beetroot or any beetroot powder. Instead, take a beetroot extract supplement which mention very low oxalates

Good effect but not enough
I saw the effect on the body on the skin of this, only complaint is - you feel sand or very lil rock chunks kinda feel with the powder maybe the beetroot is not cleaned before converting it to power, company need to improve on that section.
