So far it's been a dream..😍 Haven't had it long enough to say a lot about it yet, but it definitely seems worth every penny, and everything as described, simple setup.. I have a small cat, and the size is perfect for her,but if u have cats on the larger side, it would be better to get a larger capacity one..

these bags were way too small for our litter box tray, however we adapted them to the tray and are pleased with the thickness and strength of them

I just received them in the mail. They seem to be the same as the ones that came with our mechanic cat box. Which they do the job required of them. But the strings break easily ( at least the ones we received w/cat box) Which we are not so happy with : the mechanical cat litter box. The bags are bags.

I am very satisfied with this product. The belly of this product provides enough space for my 20 pound tuxedo cat and his two sister's yet it doesn’t take up very much space it’s compact on the outside and very quiet. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a robot cat litter box and if you have multiple cats, this is perfect.The bags are easy to replace, and the unit does not smell. I am very, very satisfied and look forward to many years with this unit in my home.

The first issue is that it started cleaning and deodorizing randomly numerous times throughout the day when it was neither used by the cat nor scheduled in the app. The first time I changed the bad the tab that holds the plastic hoop in place over the bag broke on the left side. The second bag change the front hinge on the bag door popped and stopped closing properly and the other tab broke off. It does not do a good job cleaning the litter, at all. I tried multiple different scoopable liters which are recommended by the manufacturer and ran into the same issue with each. When the cat urinates the urine travels into the litter which clumps as it soaks downward as well as outward. Frequently the size of the clump of litter is too large to fit inside the cleaning chute. Opening and cleaning the drum is a mess. In fact the entire thing is a mess, one of the large clumps of litter was thrown out of the opening onto the mat in front of the box when it didn't fit into the chute. The drum is fairly loud when it rotates and rotates extremely slowly. I can understand the drum rotating slowly from a safety perspective but this thing is SLOWWWWWWW and very squeaky. It also shut itself off at some point last night leaving litter clumped into it that had to be cleaned out by hand. Requesting a refund and purchasing a different smart litterbox.

got these to make cleaning my cats litter box easier. its a good size and fits. its my larger automatic catbox. easy to just pull and take to the trash.

I bought these for my small trash cans. These are PERFECT size. Seems to be super durable since I’ve been testing it with stuffing the trash can. The drawstring makes it super easy to gather all the trash, tie it up and toss it. Will continue to buy this

Not a good product. It has been worse than having a normal litter box. It leaks litter from the bottom so it has been accumulating cockroaches and ants underneath. Its disgusting. Do not recommend it. A good one is probably mote expensive but good quality. This sucks. Throwing it away sorry!
