Easy to use and works great for ear cleaning
I didn’t expect to enjoy cleaning my ears this much, but here we are. The 1080P HD camera is crystal clear (maybe too clear), and it connects easily to my phone through WiFi—no lag or glitches. The image quality is honestly impressive. It feels more like a mini medical tool than just a gadget. The 7-piece set is great, and the 15 replacement tips mean I’m set for a while. It’s rechargeable, super easy to use, and comes in a sleek little case. Bonus: It’s on the FSA eligible list, so it didn’t even hurt my wallet! If you’ve ever been curious about what’s going on in your ears—this is your sign. Clean, safe, and oddly fun

Great Tool; Fantastic Package
This is a very handy device. Pros: - it comes self contained in a travel box - it is really easy to charge (usb-c) - the attachments are nicely stored in a sub-compartment tray which keeps everything organized and clean/nice - the light is very bright on the device - i can finally see what the doctor sees - i have stopped over using q-tips - this works for ears and throat and nose - it's a very good quality package - i have successfully retrieved wax out of my ear without going to the ENT cons: - learning curve to use it Really this is a great device. Unlike other cheaper products on the market this one is super-well packaged; keeps everything together and makes it easy to use. There is some learning curve with regard to how to use it properly and if you poke around too much it will make your ear a bit sore (don't do that). I personally did not/have not bent the scope in any way - nervous to do that. We have used it both to look at the back of the throat as well as in our ears to see what they look like, whether there's wax (or not) and to remove wax. I would definitely recommend this to a friend/family. If you think you might have an ear infection this could definitely be a great starting point for figuring out whether you need to visit/call a doctor or not. Just being able to see what the ear and ear drum look like normally is amazing and helpful.

This tool is a game changes to ensure clean ears!!
GET THIS NOW! PLEASE READ: I ignored the decades of advice to not use Q-tips in my ears until it finally caught up with me. I had pushed the wax so far in my ear that I couldn't hear very well. It was bugging me for almost 2 weeks. I tried ear candles, and I had some results with removing wax, but no luck on being able to hear correctly. So, I decided to get this kit to see what was in my ear. OMG! It was horrible, like over 20 years of wax? With the camera, I was able to take out about half of the COMPACTED wax. Meanwhile, my ear canal was very tender, and I had developed a hematoma as well. After reviewing several YouTube videos of how doctors remove impacted wax, I was determined to clean out my ear completely. * But just in case, I scheduled an appointment with my doctor for a few days out in case I was not successful. My biggest problem was that my ear canal was so sore, and going further into my ear felt impossible. I could just see the last part of the impacted wax just sitting in my ear. I ended up buying a spray to break up the wax and then flushed out the ear with a warm water and baking soda mixture to flush it out. This takes time, like at least 4 hours for the wax break-up spray to work. Then magic... the wax broke up and I could hear again. I could fully and easily see in my ear that it was totally clean. I can see my eardrum. I could not have done this without this camera kit. FYI, the products I used to help break up the wax: -NAVEH PHARMA CleanEars | Fast-Acting Ear Wax Removal Spray: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007PQPP0M?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1 -Ear Wax Removal Tool, Ear Cleaning Kits Safe Ear Irrigation Kit Ear Flush Kit for Adults Kid, Ear Wax Washer Device Easy to Operate, Includes Basin, Syringe, Curette Kit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09DFSGK86?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_0_1 I canceled my Doctor's appointment, saving time and money!!

Don't need all the extra stuff
This is really cool but honestly just get a cheaper one without all the attachments. This works great. It connects easily to the app on your phone. It works as advertised. You can see inside your ears. The standard attachment works pretty well for cleaning things out. I never find myself using any of the other attachments or bending the top. Just get a cheaper one.

Ear Wax Problems? This is the Answer.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is my second Bebird ear camera. The first one was purchased directly from Bebirdmall back in early 2021 and was X17 Pro model. It lasted over 4 years with frequent use and lots of travel before the camera image began to deteriorate and it was time for another. This time I purchased a newer version model R37R with some extras and I have to say, once again I am impressed. The image quality for something so small is remarkable. I have heavy ear wax production and it's often very dry so that ability to see so clearly and effectively to remove the blockages is fantastic. I think these are a great product, especially for those that struggle with heavy wax production issues. This model also came with extra fittings that would allow it to be converted to a tongue depressor with the ability to see tonsils or tooth related issues easily. I highly recommend. Now at the same time I ordered an ear wax vacuum removal tool which was ineffective and is going back, but the Bebird ear cameras will be part of my health kit for sure. Portable: This one comes with a very nice travel case, although some of the larger accessories aren't designed to go into the travel case so you still end up with having to find a home for other attachments. But if you're just traveling whittle ear camera and the small spoon, drag and tweezer attachments it all fits in the travel case nicely. Ease of use: Remove the unit, power it on and search for its wifi signal and connect. It's that easy with the app to get started. The App only has 3-stars on App Store but to be honest I think it works quite well. My only comment on the app is I prefer to use the camera setting for the Left Ear when I am actually work in the right ear. The picture orientation works better for me that way. Otherwise I consider it to be great as well.

Well Worth The Money
This ear pick truly exceeded my expectations. It's well worth the price for the quality alone. The build is sturdy, the camera is impressively high-definition, and the image is clear even in the small spaces of the ear canal. Connecting it to the app was quick and effortless, no frustrating setup at all. What I really appreciate is how thoughtfully designed this tool is. The soft silicone coating and safety features (like the stopper and built-in scale) make it feel super safe to use, even for someone new to this kind of device. It’s surprisingly comfortable and the bendable design fits the natural curves of your ear without any awkward angles. The kit also comes with multiple interchangeable tips for different cleaning needs, plus a durable carrying case that makes it perfect for travel. I especially love the included tweezers, they’re precise, gentle, and ideal for removing wax without discomfort. Even my kids were curious and found it fun to watch the live view on the app! Overall, this is more than just an ear cleaning tool, it’s a clever, high-quality gadget that makes ear care easy, safe, and even enjoyable. Highly recommend!

A smart solution for minor ear issues—no waiting room needed
This ear-cleaning device turned out to be a quiet hero in our household. I was dealing with some persistent irritation in one ear and was preparing to schedule an ENT visit when I decided to try this tool first. Within minutes, I had a clear view and realized it was just dry skin—something easily treated with over-the-counter care. No appointments, no copays, just clarity and relief. As a mom, I also used it to gently clean my children’s ears and appreciated how easy it was to disinfect after each use. The compact design, reliable app connection, and sturdy construction made the whole process feel safe and effective. It’s not just a convenience—it’s peace of mind, especially when you’re trying to avoid unnecessary doctor visits for minor, manageable problems. For families or individuals looking for practical tools to address low-level health concerns at home, this one’s a worthwhile investment. Straightforward, well-made, and surprisingly empowering.

Be Patient
Pros: Lighted camera and app. I purchased this product because I was pretty sure I had a lot of wax in one ear and being able to see it on camera, take a photo and upload it to my healthcare provider made it worth the purchase price. The live video, i.e., what you see to actually use the tool in real time, produced crisp, clear images. Uploading the app and connecting the device to my iphone via wifi, not bluetooth, occurred quickly and without fuss. It was easy to swap out the various tips. They twist on and off. Cons: Using the tool effectively takes practice and confidence. Unfortunately, the gunk I need to remove is deep inside. It hurt when I inserted the tool far enough to reach it. The various tips are, of course, tiny. Switching them out may be a challenge if you can't focus on objects close to your eyes or you lack manual dexterity. The tips are covered in rubber sleeves that pulled off easily by accident, i.e., when I was removing the tip. I got them back on with the help of a magnifying glass. I tried the tweezer tool and the tweezer tip came off in my ear; luckily I was able to remove it but that was a bad moment. I attribute it to user error but still. Thanks to this device, I now know professional medical intervention makes more sense than trying to remove the wax myself. The camera and app can be used for other tasks, for example, looking for lost items in small, unlit places. I gave this product three stars because of how easily the rubber tip covers came off and because the tweezers detached in my ear.
