I’m very happy with this purchase. Everything came in one box nicely packed. The system worked perfectly when I booted it up. I went through the setup with no problems. All the accessories worked perfectly. I would buy this again if needed.

Terrible quality
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, so he hasn’t even had the computer a year, the other day i pulled the power cord out of the base and it was melted and corroded into the computer. Not only could this have caused and electrical fire but also what kind of quality is this product of after not even a year it is ruined and not usable?

Really nice and works perfectly.
I love it. Still learning stuff after having old Dell for 10 years. Love the colors on the mouse and keyboard and stars on the computer I am an oil painter, so it appeals to me even though I'm not into gaming (yet). Small compact.

Price and Performance is Great!!!
The graphics Cards for a PC under $300, i think the value for money this PC provides is great. Looks good, functions like a great PC, fun for games. I wouldn't ask for much more in a PC at this value.

Poor quality. Basic assembly done poorly. Don’t waste your time
If it sounds too good to be true… we ordered this item for our teen son as a birthday gift. Arrived packaged nicely and securely. This is important to note because during troubleshooting it was suggested that our issue could be due to an issue with shipping. It’s not. This is a refurbished pc which we knew up front, but it won’t even boot up. The processor fan makes a horrid noise meaning it wasn’t put together properly. And tech support will not send a replacement until they receive the product back from you. so there’s no guarantee that the replacement will be any better. Don’t waste your time and money.
