J'adore l'ayurveda, alors cette huile m'a attirée. Je fais partie de ceux qui aiment la cannelle, pour moi l'odeur et le goût, ça va. Mais au final, pour l'oil pulling je préfère l'huile de coco ou de sésame natures.

I'm a person who can't stand mint flavor, so this is great for me. I believe great quality, and I like the travel size. You just have to be careful with because obviously you are dealing with an oil, so it can be messy if spilled. Remember, to spit out in garbage and not down your drain.

I LOVE THIS OIL! Tastes awesome. Nice cinammon flavor. This oil preps my mouth for serious oral care. I like it more than the Coco Mint flavor. Helps to remove deep plaque between teeth. I swish with this first, then floss, then brush my teeth, etc. Excellent product. Thanks Gurunanda ❤️
