Great chair mat for a home office! The size is generous and fits well under my desk and office chair. The chair rolls smoothly on it, and it does a good job protecting hardwood floors from scratches and wear. The black color looks clean and professional and doesn’t show dirt easily. It also stays in place well and is easy to clean. Overall, the quality is good for the price, and I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Pros: Affordable mat, easily stuck to floor (vinyl), and delivered smooth rolling surface for my desk chair. Cons: constantly sheds black fuzz even though it’s a seemingly low carpet. The wheels must catch every fiber. And it leaves big black pieces of fuzz constantly gathering around the room. Unknown: I don’t notice any smell, the mat came folded but creasing doesn’t seem to be an issue, long term durability is probably not high. I HOPE that the adhesive doesn’t leave residue on the flooring but I won’t know that until I’m ready to replace it.

I use this under my office chair on a hardwood floor, and it stays in place much better than a smooth plastic mat. The fabric surface makes the chair roll a little quieter while still moving easily, and the 36 x 48 inch size gives enough coverage around my desk. It also lies fairly flat and looks less industrial than a clear plastic floor protector.

The mat looks great. Allows chair to move freely. Doesn’t roll up and was very easy to install. I like the semi-adhesive backing. My only issue with the Matt is that it creates a fuzz or lint. I kept finding little balls of black fuzz and finally decided it had to be the new mat. Sure enough, upon inspection it was the mat. So I am concerned about how long it will hold up.

The size is right and the product looks as advertised. One thing to note is that the back has an adhesive surface that can stick to the floor. I’m not sure how well it can be reused if you need to move it to a different spot, so that’s something to keep in mind when choosing where to place it.

Not Good Quality product. this mat cut quickly. Not worth it. Thickness also not good. It is not value for money.

very good product. it has. strong grip which holds on to the floor and doesnt slip. however after about 6 months of use, the upper layer has started separating from the base layer from the edges. but overall nice product considering the price.
