After suffering with shoulder pain for the last week keeping me up at night pain killers not working long wait for physio I decided to try these. Well what can I say they worked almost instantly! It’s still there like a dull ache in back ground but it’s not sharp it’s not restricting me and most importantly I got a good nights sleep. They didn’t get too hot and were so easy to use just put they on my shoulder and I was away. The smell was like deep heat it didn’t bother me and it wears off after time I can put up with that over the pain Iv been in.

It works. Burns the skin. The feeling is of heating. The scent is not for everyone though. It cannot be put on the same body region frequently because of irritation it leaves after patch removals.

Although it was effective in getting rid of the pain at the time, within 30 minutes my shoulder began to itch and felt like it was on fire. Was easy to apply, and the heat level was bearable. I chose these because on one of the pictures it stated suitable for sensitive skin.

Tried patch on my neck and on my hip my neck was burning had to take it off because it made me really hot and made my neck all red my hip was really bad I left it on for a shower I had to rip it off as it felt like id severely burnt myself and it was reacting to the water I then couldnt put any water on it at all because the pain was awful maybe thats just my skin I don't no wont be using rest though on the up side there extremely sticky which would been perfect for me

I’ve had a stiff neck for a few weeks now which caused a sore shoulder/top of my back too. While waiting for osteo appointment I purchased these. It does get rid of my backache which is great. It gets very hot like a burning sensation. I don’t mind it cause I rather that than the muscle pain plus it definitely penetrates deep to sore areas. I tend to take the patch off after about two hours. It does mark the skin red which is visible even days after but it doesn’t hurt or itch so I’m not worried about that.

Good, easy to use, patches come as double sided. Good to use for inflamed muscles/muscle aches. doesn't have a strong smell to them. easy to apply to skin and to remove. would recommend and would buy again.
