The product worked great for my knee pain which was a horrific 10 out of 10 crying pain! The pills however only relieved my pain for 3 hours at a time. I am very pleased with this product. I have tried other arnica products but this brand is very effective in relieving my pain. Some days depending on pain level & may take two tabs in morn & two in evening. Most days however, I only need to use one dose of two tabs.
