Lots of fun!

My grandson saw this and wanted it so we got it for him. Unfortunately he had a lot of trouble filling it with air in the pool. It kept filling up with water instead and we would have to fix it for him. Now, about a week later, there's a tiny pin prick sized hole in the balloon and it doesn't fill with air at all.

My 4 year old grandson has a great time with this.

The head of this is like a balloon you pump it on the back and it fills air up then when you put it in the water the air releases and pushes it across the water. The head developed a hole in the first day. It's just like a balloon and the more you pump it up and use it repeatedly I guess it just wears it out. He got to play with it one time in the bathtub and that was all. Cute toy but just did not last long enough for the price

Got this for my grandson for the pool, but could also work in the tub as well. It is not battery powered which is convenient, instead, there is a pump on the back of the boat and a slide lock. When you slide the lock into place, then use the pump, Spider-Man’s head will fill with air. I only did 3-4 pumps because I didn’t want to risk popping his head. Then you put the boat in the water, slide the lock to the open position, and the air in the head will come out the back of the boat as a “jet” to propel the boat. Overall my grandson (18 mos) loved it and was entertained for close to an hour in the pool, not to mention how much time he spent playing with it outside of the pool. I gave it 4/5 stars because it doesn’t really propel forward all the well or for very long (3-5 seconds at most) and also it tends to get water inside of it which is an issue when the toddler took it out of the pool and walked around the living room pumping the toy which caused some water to spray out. I’m concerned about the possibility of mold and what might happen if the toddler manages to “pop” the head.

Don’t go very fast then of course it gets water inside of it and flits sideways. He played with it twice. Then a pinhole let the air leak out so it’s trash.

The rubber piece on the head did not stay one for more than 2 baths. The boat barely moved in the bathtub. Overall disappointing.

A fun summer toy. We love to watch it go in the kiddie pool.
