Watch for converting from 240V to 120V !
Good but need to take care of converting from 240V to 120V ... 120V Power Outlets connections hot and neutral are swapped ... 120V on neutral !

Improperly wired inside! Dangerous!
I purchased one of these so I could use my 110v UPS while in europe. As soon as I plugged it in my $2000 UPS fried... I used a multimeter to check the US style outputs and I was reading 110v on the neutral line and 230v on the live line! I opened up the case and saw that the C13 input connector was wired in reverse at the factory! Very dangerous. Especially since there is no 'reverse polarity' warning light...

Overrated! 5000VA is ~1000VA
It works, but the power is overrated by at least 4 times. A Real 5kVA toroidal transformer weight 40 kilos, this one is 10 kilos. They added a fan to remove the excess heat because it overheat at such power. Overdriving a transformer will cause voltage drop and sin wave distortion. Look on mouser for the real stuff, you will see what a real toroidal transformer weight. It seems Chinese manufacturers have a problem with truth. They think they can lie everywhere but for electric product this is dangerous and irresponsible.
