Delighted with the quality of this cup .. I have been trying to lose some weight so the aim was to drink less coffee and more herbal tea at work.. got some loose herbal tea including dandelion and this cup has been perfect! Large size too! So super plus for getting more liquid in ! Am going to order another one for home. Good strong and well made mug, good sized ‘strainer’ . love the fact it has a top to it so keep the steam in.. no complaints whatsoever.. praise all round!!

Beautiful mugs, very comfortable and easy to use. Great customer service, sent me a new mug when the strainer Broke after 7 months. This is my favourite mug and im very happy with everything, just as a person trying to produce less waste, I would suggest bigger focus on the durability of the strainer. I'd rather it never broke. Having said that, of course I appreciate the replacement I got.

This mug Is excellent. I'm a massive fan of tea. I usually just use teabags Yorkshire tea is best. But I've decided to make the step to loose leaf. So I've went with this mug. It's actually massive. I didn't realise it would be so huge. I'm not complaining about that fact. One other thing to note is that the glazing on the inside I'd very well done. I deplore poor glazing on the inside. But this is smooth and thick and flawless. Extremely pleased ive went with this mug. I love it.

Nice mug overall, with pretty design. Infuser fine enough to handle small tea leaves well and easy to clean out after use. Keeps drink nice and hot. Only small issue is the weight ... very heavy cup when empty and heavier when full. Mug itself tends to stain and is difficult to clean. Great purchase for the price though - I am very happy with it!

This infuser & mug is really nice. The infuser has ultra-fine holes so very little loose tea makes it into the mug. The lid works nicely to help in steeping as well as a coaster for the infuser when your beverage is ready to drink. I absolutely love this mug and will probably buy more designs. Highly recommend for fellow loose-tea lovers!

Lovely!! Giant size though! Bought as Xmas gift for my mum and she loved it. Good sized handle even for someone with arthritis and the cup doesn’t get hot even though the tea stays warm

I can't praise this enough!! A beautiful tea mug (I purchased the delicate village scene on), with a brilliant extra fine mesh sieve within (so no bits in the bottom) and pretty lid to keep your tea hot whilst it's stewing. Loved it that much that I purchased one for my daughter.

I bought this for a present for my Aunty, as I never know what's best to get. When I saw this and knowing she uses a mug several times a day for her Tea, I thought this was a great idea. When it arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised at the build quality, as it is nice porcelain and each part fit's together well. I cannot recommend this higher. My Aunty loves it and great present sorted. I just need to decide what I'm getting her next. The bar is raised :)
