Edit: They sent me another bag and it was really good, so I updated this to 5 stars. That said I still wouldn’t recommend ordering these from amazon and get them on the blueprint store instead since as it stands I’ve gotten two products that likely weren’t stored well from the blueprint store on amazon. Anyhow, after getting a good quality bag these taste around 15-20% better than yupik macademia nuts on amazon that cost a bit less, but if the sourcing is better then that could be worth it. Personally, if I could be sure I would get a fresh bag I would order these again on amazon, but since I would probably only consider the blueprint website. I did look at the batch quality data on the website for different things and a lot of seemed like it was dated, so I think fixing that would be good for those who pay extra for something like this, but anyway — these are really good. And I think it is a good idea to support blueprint to support Bryan and his message. I’m a huge supporter of Bryan Johnson and his ideas but his amazon store seems to have a lot of quality control issues based on a couple things I got and other user reviews. Anyhow, I can only speculate, but I’m not sure how much of this is related to amazon. I’ve had similar issues with other food products before, but most food items I get are alright. As far as tbe review, well they were stale and like other reviewers mentioned, and they didn’t make me feel good. That said, I do believe the actual product could be good because there were a couple slightly fresher nuts at the bottom of the bag that had a nice complex flavor that I think would be good if it were fresh. But as it stands I order another brands raw macademia nuts from amazon and they were fresh and much better. I think the blueprint brand could have been better though. Anyhow, if they want to send me a fresh bag I would be glad to adjust my review. Aside from that, I’d say it mah be a good idea to order blueprint products from their store rather than amazon, even though amazon has free easy shipping which makes it a lot easier and more convenient. I don’t know, but I think the blueprint store is probably better.

Super fresh, buttery and nothing like the stale macadamias you usually find in stores. You can literally taste how clean they are, no weird aftertaste, just that rich, creamy macadamia flavor. I also really appreciate the transparency, third-party tested, no added oils or salt, just pure macadamias. Perfect for snacking, or adding to granola.

Don’t do it. I love Bryan and trust his products but this is a no. It tasted old and stale like it’s been sitting on a shelf for years. It’s not fresh and taste terrible.

There's no salt or preservatives added, just the nuts themselves. They came fresh and tasted great, what more could you ask for?
