Good Product decent price
Its pre-workout. Not really sure how else to describe it. It gives you energy, makes you really itchy and then an hour later you crash. Caution if you take this product without food it WILL make you super nauseous. Please don't pull a me and learn the hard way

Not for the faint of heart
I wasn't expecting much and was I surprised. Label doesnt say so I looked it up. 400mg of caffeine. I didn't notice too much in the pump area to talk about but as for energy, works great. Down side, it gave me the runs. Maybe all the sodium.

Gets the job done for cheap
Definitely works well. Watermelon is not the best but it definitely wakes you up. I noticed I sweat more from this as well so it must have good ingredients.
