This HP Pavillion TP01-2334 changed my life for the better!
This HP Pavillion TP01-2334 changed my life for the better! I am so happy! Only thing it didn't come with was a DVD/CD optical drive that I had to purchase separately and install, but it was soooo worth it! This is the best desktop PC I've ever had. Thank you HP! My life is amazing now thanks to this monster of a machine! :)

First restart asked for pin that I never set. Support would not help unless paid.
Opened box, turned on, went through initial setup and on restart it asked for a password which I never set. Tried everything. Restarted in safe mode and tried to do fresh restart from scratch, but would not accept the bitlocker key. Dealt with HP support way longer than I should have only for them to tell me I needed to pay for help because it was a pin issue. Way too much time spent on what should be a simply startup and go. Sorry, but never again.

Straightforward set-up and everything works as advertised.
Getting used to Windows-11 is a bit, even with 3 other machines on Windows 10. Added more software and it runs fast on some calculation-heavy models. Feels like it should still have a DVD drive, but that's my old-school talking :-)

No Microsoft Office Lifetime Suite included, WHAT!
The computer came in a timely manner and in good condition. However, during setup I found no copy of Microsoft Office Lifetime Suite. It is clearly supposed to be included, but all I found was an offer for one free month of Office 360 before having to purchase the 360. This amounts to false advertising and is a deal breaker. I am VERY disappointed. Until this is made right, I can only give a one star rating.
