Not too big or small. Fit's anywhere in the car. Would recommend putting a little bin bag in it too keep it clean but it is lined and washable. You can fit a lot in it so great if you have a busy car!

It's SHARP! if you're gonna use this for kids, watch their little hands don't get scratched on the corners of the trash flaps where you put stuff in. The only other problem is that there isn't really a place to wrap the bin liner around at the top, so it has to stick out the sides which affects the look of this. It also blocks the velcro of the lid if you wrap it around the front. Would have been nice to have a second container inside this that can be removed, so the edges of the bin liner can wrap around those. Also pay attention when you're opening this for the first time. The interior base structure is wrapped like a parcel, but it's actually the rectangular piece of cardboard that goes in the bottom of this to keep it in a square shape. Made of the same material as the package it came in... I accidentally nearly opened it as well.
