My son is very happy with his Christmas present! So far it seems to work wonderfully. Service and delivery was great as well.

Pretty decent for the money
The charger supplied didn't work, but after several hours of trial and error we managed to get it charged using an old charger we had in the house. iPad seems fine and in pretty good condition.

Fast
I have wanted a pro for a while and it has certainly lived up to expectations. Very very fast with lots of drive space and enough memory to shake a stick at. It is the WiFi only version and all that is supplied is a charge lead. It does take absolutely ages to charge probably three or four times longer than my old iPad 1st gen which I will be contacting them about as sometimes during charging it appears on the screen this device is not compatible and then won't charge at all. All in all I am pleased with it

Defective device
Device came with a problem with the usb connection, would only charge or connect it if I hold the cable tightly and on a certain angle, if I release it it loses the connection, Its particularly annoying because they wouldn't replace which would be preferable but instead refund. and also because now I have to send back all others accessories I bought for it.
