The ipad is a good quality refurb and looks as good as a new product especially when put is a case to hide the one and only mark on the edge

Pretty decent for the money
The charger supplied didn't work, but after several hours of trial and error we managed to get it charged using an old charger we had in the house. iPad seems fine and in pretty good condition.

Lasted no time at all.
It was only used a handful of times and we were very happy with it. However, it then would not take a charge and was unusable.

Looks brand new and fantastic value for money
Arrived earlier than expected and surprised with an upgraded sim model, the ipad is excellent quality and looks brand new so pleased will definitely be a repeat customer

Good iPad bad service
Brought this for my son for Christmas as all other iPads were sold out. The iPad itself is ok not as new condition as stated but with a case it’s fine and manages to hides the scratches on the screen which wasn’t supposed to be there. But as it was close to Christmas I couldn’t risk sending it back to I get a worse one. What annoyed me more is the way they packaged the £300 iPad it was filled with what most would call rubbish and the iPad was only covered by a think bubble wrap layer and some scrap cardboard. The box it was sent it looked like the Royal Mail guys used it like a football as there was no extra protection I’m just glad it came with a 12 warranty by Amazon.

Fast
I have wanted a pro for a while and it has certainly lived up to expectations. Very very fast with lots of drive space and enough memory to shake a stick at. It is the WiFi only version and all that is supplied is a charge lead. It does take absolutely ages to charge probably three or four times longer than my old iPad 1st gen which I will be contacting them about as sometimes during charging it appears on the screen this device is not compatible and then won't charge at all. All in all I am pleased with it
