Smooth refund process.
The need a better QC. One out of 2 doesn't work. Bought 2 bags which means 4 adapters in total, 2 won't work. 50% defect rate. But their refund is fast.

Good and easy to use
My previous PC had one blue monitor connector and one HDMI. Newer one had two display connectors. These converted my monitors to use the display ports. Very satisfied

Great to convert a Steamdeck accidentally purchased in the displayport variety.
Daughter had purchased a dock to connect her Steamdeck, unfortunately it was a displayport out. We bought these to convert it to HDMI and it's worked well.
