I have been taking Ancient Multi Women's Once Daily for 3 months now. I love this product and the benefits to taking it. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no bad taste, or aftertaste. It does not upset my stomach even if I take it without food. I purchased my first bottle in a retail store and there is a significant price difference when buying it through Amazon! I highly recommend any woman looking for a great multi vitamin to try this product. I am 50 years old and this product was recommended for my to take at a store that sells only vitamins and supplements and I have not been disappointed.

I honestly can't tell you if it's made any difference in taking these vitamins because i've only started taking them , but they are very easy to swallow and as far as the ingredients, these are a very comprehensive vitamin and I am hopeful that they will help many of my issues. For the quality of the ingredients, it's also a cost effective purchase.

Like all multi-vitamins, I don't notice a difference when taking but do it anyway. I like the contents of this one and notice no side effects. They were out of stock last month so I was taking another one. When I got this product this month, the bottle has been redesigned and the pills take up literally 1/4 of the bottle. I will no longer be using this brand due to this gross amount of over-packaging. I try to be sustainable where I can, and this is too much, especially for the price.

I definitely have noticed a change in my mood and energy levels since starting these. It’s hard to find a clean healthy non synthetic vitamin but these fit the bill. Absolutely love they apply a little TCM by using certain herbs. If you’re a women struggling with hormonal issues and fatigue, I recommend trying and seeing how you feel on these! Also love they don’t taste gross but rather citrusy.
