Quality is good as it is genuine muscle blaze product as checked by entering code on website. Good for gym and sports persons for getting some extra strength while performing. Keep aducate water intake while using creatine monohydrate as per your body type. Your muscles will get fuller as this will make your muscles absorb water and keep them hydrated which cause good recovery and make them toned. While using one scoop 3gm daily no side effects seen however if you want to do creatine loading then consult some nutritionist about precautions and water intake to avoid and discomfort. Clever product placement in market of 100gm box.
Product is good. When I was buying I was confused with ON and MB. MB was cheap so I brought it. But then I found it was 100g product. Rs/per gram ON is cheaper.😭 I would have brought ON if I looked deeper. Nothing bad about product but when international, reputated brand is cheaper, why choose MB.

A really great product from MB
It's really great and you will be able to see the results from the second day itself. Being able to perform for longer reps and period. Though sweating might increase a bit, and you must keep your body hydrated at all times.

Doesn't Dissolve
I wouldn’t recommend it. Doesn’t even dissolve in pure water, and has a bitter taste. As a gym trainer I can also confidently it’s not effective what so ever
