Ride 4 (PS5) (PS5)

I recently ordered the PS4 version and to be fair, it's not a bad game at all . Now on the case of the PS4 version in the Amazon listing it stated PS5 UPGRADE AVAILABLE, as the PS4 version was a tenner cheaper I thought I'd be a cheapskate and get that and then grab the free PS5 upgrade.Nope, turns out the small print on the label states the PS5 upgrade ends on 30th April 2021. Drat and double drat as Dastardly would say lol !I returned the game no problem and a few days later ( just after the weekend, prices go down again ) the PS5 version was available for the same money as I had paid for the PS4 version. In to the basket it went and it arrived the next day thanks to the usual excellent Amazon customer service.Popped the game disc into the machine, it copied what was on the disc fairly quickly and then downloaded the update files, about 20 minutes later the game was ready to play.Well, for me the difference is night and day, the PS5 version not only looks stunning and I mean both circuits and bikes but the PS5 controller has the added haptic triggers giving you considerably more feel and feedback when riding a bike. I found the bikes easier to control as well as I noticed I wasn't going off the track anywhere near as much as I did with the PS4 version.If you've got a PS5 and are thinking of getting this, just do it, it's pretty darn good !!
