I've tried a few various brands of electrolyte powder drinks, I'm not any kindof athlete but do struggle to drink enough water through the day so find these useful for hydration I dont like a strong taste so used these sachets in 1l of water, the powder dissolves well and doesn't clump or settle to the bottom. The flavour is very subtle, there is a salty tang and a hint of citrus - I dont really get much of an orangey taste, but if I had a smaller volume of liquid this would likely come through more. I sip over the course of a day and do feel better hydrated, I have fewer issues with carpet mouth feeling or dry itchy skin so my hydration does seem to have improved with these. After exercise I imagine these would be great at helping replenish any lost fluids etc

I mainly ordered this for hydration since I've been in a Crohn's flare-up. I've been taking 2 a day and haven't been as fatigued. It tastes a bit salty, which is fair considering the high sodium content but the taste is good, and the benefits are amazing with proper hydration. It is very easy to drink and great for those with sensitive stomachs. I like that the electrolytes are in separate sachets making it convenient to take with me. A necessity after exercising because during heavy sweating we lose electrolytes. Also relevant after vomiting and diarrhoea during chronic illness. The package and size is great for travel. Great quality and ingredients. You can’t go wrong with these. I recommend this electrolyte brand.

I've tried quite a lot of electrolyte drinks over the years, and use them quite regularly. This one is 'ok', but not the best tasting i've tried. It's got quite a strong taste, but not unpleasant. I have a large 2l water bottle I keep on my desk with the goal of drinking it all through the day, and in that much water it's not too bad at all. At £15.99 for 24 sachets it's quite pricey compared to buying a tub, but the convenience of individual sachets does help to offset that a bit. Not bad, if you can stomach the taste!

Unable to drink very salty

I highly recommend these, in particular for camping or hiking trips. The flavour is maybe a little awkward tasting to some but I've definitely tasted much worst rehydration type drink sachets and tabs, and personally, i enjoyed the flavour. It's kind of like Sunny Dee orange but does have a noticable salty after flavour however i did not find this saltiness overly offensive. Due to the mineral and vitamin content of these type of drink sachets, the flavour is superb! These are designed for hikers or longer distance type campers, as all that's needed to replensish lost minerals from walking etc is to add this to water and mix before drinking. It's quick and easy and several can be carried easily without adding to much weight to a pack or use up much space either. Top hikers product! I believe there may be other flavours but I've only tried these ones and as mentioned the flavour is a little surprising but i did not find it unpleased at all once i had a few good sips and got a taste for it, it was actually a refreshing drink, plus knowing it has the benefits of giving your body back those vital salts and vitamins is all the better! I'm going to get more at some point and possibly look if there are other flavours to explore. Great product! If you go on long hikes or wilderness camping trips then these are highly recommended and almost a vital component for your backpack!
