Great for posture and back support
This wobble cushion is a really useful product, especially if you want to improve your posture or support your back. I started using it while sitting and it helps encourage a more upright position rather than slouching. It is also great if you have some back pain, as it gently engages your core and helps keep your body more stable. I noticed that sitting on it makes me more aware of my posture throughout the day. Another great thing is that you can also use it for balance exercises. It is very versatile and works well both as a seat cushion and as part of a simple exercise routine. Overall it feels well made and easy to inflate. A very helpful product if you want to improve posture, work on balance, or add some gentle movement while sitting.

Good for ankle physio
Really useful for recovery ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Core Balance Wobble Cushion Physio Air Stability Cushion has been brilliant for my daughter’s ankle recovery after her break. Her physio recommended it, and it’s helped improve her balance, strengthen muscles around the ankle, and make rehab exercises more effective. It’s comfortable to use, feels well‑made, and adds just the right challenge without being too intimidating. A simple but very effective tool for physio at home very happy with how well it’s helped her progress!

Dents around edge when inflated
Appears well made, however colour is quite a dark grey, not a silver grey as in the picture. It was hard to get the needle of the pump in the hole and the needle looks to have bent a little, but it has done the job for now - I hope the pump lasts as long as the cushion. Once inflated I can't get out the dents around the edge of the cushion. I have read other reviews where there has been the same issue, I have let the air out and inflated it again a couple of times making sure to not over inflate, but the dents remain. Bought for my Autistic 5 year old who struggles to sit still and hopefully he can use it for standing on too to help with his balance. He likes it, especially the very bumpy side, but was distracted by the dents in the side. Can get these for half the price but paid more hoping I wouldn't have the issues some others have had, but I still have had.

Highly pleasurable and stimulating wobble mat: good for neural recovery
The wobble cushion arrived already inflated, so I did not have to decide how much to inflate it and I did not need to uses the pump which accompanied it. The cushion had a quality feel about it. I placed the cushion behind an arm chair so that I could lightly rest my hands on the chair for support. I stand on the cushion barefoot and then spend two minutes doing gentle squatting. I repeat this three times with a slight rest period of 15 seconds in between. This leaves the nerves and muscles around my ankles and calves amazingly energised while the acupressure effect of the dimpled cushion on the soles of my feet is also highly pleasurable. I should perhaps mention that I am recovering from chemotherapy-induced neuropathy. I started walking about four and a half months ago (after spending six months on my back and two months regaining strength in my legs). I currently walk up to an hour or two every day, but this is by far the most pleasurable exercise I have yet discovered.
