Very good value product does help quite a bit and can be very comfortable. I understand why some people say it's totally uncomfortable or does it fit but I think those people need to play with it a little bit more to get it to be comfortable I know it took me a little while to get it right. That's it it doesn't open up my nasal passages quite as much as intake breathing although I do prefer it during the daytime when at work and such so that I don't constantly keep getting asked about what I'm wearing on my nose as it is unmutable compared to the intake breathing system. Also I know you're supposed to only using for 30 days or whatever I did notice that some of them were losing their springiness over time but I just rolled up some tissues and let it hold it open and I found that the screen is returned so your mileage may vary but these may last indefinitely.
