Bought for my sons birthday a month in advance. I am only setting ut up now. Itnis passed the return date so I cannot return it. The top line of the first digit is not lighting up as per picture. So the time is illegible to a 5 yr old

Very good. Much better than the £8.50 Minecraft watch we bought first which broke within 4 days. This one seems much more robust. The strap and watch seem better quality. My 5 year old son is happy and it’s not too difficult to set the time and date. You just hold down the button for 3 seconds. And press once to count up. Hold for 3 seconds each time to set and eventually wait for it to get back to the time screen. Nice and shiny, bright red back lit LED but goes off at night time unless pressed. Perfect.
