My HBP Rx(s) never moved my BP within normal range, plus caused some very disturbing side effects. To deal with the extreme swelling, I tried these supplements. I doubled the dosage for the first two weeks, hoping it would get rid of all the swelling once I d/c’d the Rx. It did! When I ran out of the first bottle, I tried another (better known) supplement brand for circulation which didn’t work nearly as well, so I came back to this one again. One easy to swallow capsule, once a day; no Side Effects and no more swollen extremities!! I’m thrilled! I hadn’t noticed how tight my rings had become until my sister commented that my face looked slimmer. Face puffiness is gone and rings have loosened up again, too. This proprietary blend is very effective at controlling fluid retention, imo. Also, I’m also making beet root powder juice each morning. I’m mixing an ounce of the juice with 1/4 tsp of cayenne powder as a “shot” (on an empty stomach) each morning followed by a few other supplements for heart health. My husband is so impressed, we are both following my new routine and without any prescriptions, our BP(s) are better than they’ve been in years! In about 6 weeks, years of side effects have been reversed for me. Hallelujah! I refuse to go back to those kinds of pharmaceuticals again. Prescription meds are just not the best way to improve cardio health, obviously, from my years of experience. If you have persistent leg/foot/ankle swelling, I highly recommend this supplement.

I've only been taking these for three days. I already feel a difference, especially when I take my joint supplements along with them. I'm happy with the results, but I need to take them longer to see the swelling go down. I will update when I have decided whether these are beneficial, for that reason.
