Just purchased a woodworking bench for the garage, but as it is a garage I needed it to be movable so I can do other things within the space. These casters were extremely easy to install - a hint, turn your bench upside down for install, saves you back! The workbench rolls great with these, and, when in use it is fully seated on the garage floor and very sturdy. Not only would I recommend them, I will probably get another set or two for other tools. Additional information: I have been using these for 4+ months now and am even more impressed! Can even just sit on my stool and spin the workbench to where I need it. Definitely well worth the investment.

Seem to be sturdy. They do the job. I added them to my 200 pound workbench in progress today. I wanted to put them on the ends of the bench rather than the front and rear to keep from tripping over them. Alas when I put the drilling template on the legs I saw that the carriage bolts holding the lower parts together interferes with the mounting plate. I thought I might have to cut the plate or sink the bolt heads into the leg. I perused photos others have posted and thought a shim might work. So I used small pieces of plywood with a notch cut to prevent interference and used a screw to hold them in place for the template marks. So I wasn’t able to install these as quickly as others, in fact my 2 hour upgrade might set some sort of inefficiency record. Regardless, I’m thrilled with the function, appearance and value of these casters. The table glides across the floor with ease. As an aside, I sprayed a little lube on the contact points of the foot lever and caster plate.

Ordered and received the casters within 2 days. Installation was quite easy and the operation of lifting my 300lb + workbench is a breeze. Rolls easily in my Garage shop. Design Savvy were very appreciative and provided assistance before the casters even arrived. Only reason for the 4 star rating is they are new and have only rolled about 20' at the time of this review.

These worked perfectly out of the box. I used them to make my miter saw station a roll around. Easy to use template for mounting was appreciated. I found these were a better value purchase over Rocklers price on their brand They roll smoothly and quietly. I installed these on 3x3 corner posts, they could easily be mounted to metal legs as well.

I debated buying these for years until I read that the brand is the same as used by Rockler. The description matches the product. Specifically, at ~100 lbs per wheel, they are not intended to handle the weight of a person, unless it is divided across the set of 4 (i.e. ~400 lbs rating). I have been fighting an uneven concrete basement floor ever since i built a cart for my planer. While it only weighs around 50 lbs, I use it frequently so am constantly moving it in and out of its parking place. It these wheels did exactly what i wanted, i can move the cart anywhere i need it and lock it in place while using the planer. And i have loaded the lower tray of the cart with equipment and the wheels are fine. Regarding installation, "some assembly is required." ;-) A convenient cardboard template is included so positioning them is easy. They also fit nicely on the face of a 2x4, but you may want to build out some structure if all you have is the width to work with. But there are 3 holes at the top and bottom so you can easily make something work. And there are 4 screws per wheel included, but you might want to use bolts instead for the added strength.

These were easy to install and work very well - the action for lifting and lowering the bench is very easy with good leverage for raising. Solid attachment with screws at 4 points; pivots well and rolls easily. Installed on a heavy wooden timber bench. And delivery was surprisingly quick - about 38 hours from purchase to receipt, on a long weekend!

I can only evaluate on the basis of the initial installation and functionality as I only received these a week ago. I installed the casters on a workbench weighing approx. 200 lb. The items were in a primary box and each item was wrapped in bubble wrap. The install instructions were clear and a template was included for placement and marking of the pilot holes. Installation was quick and the bench rolls around freely. I am very pleased with the product at this point.
