Good quality creatine from a trusted brand. It mixes well, has no taste, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I saw a lot of people complain about no spoon included but mine had one so I'm happy! Only downside is the small 100g size, so it runs out quickly if used daily.

Buena creatina

This product is good, no-flavor creatine with one small downside. As a casual gym goer, I bought this creatine through a friend's recommendation, and did not have very high expectations, having had few prior experiences with creatine. After a few weeks of use, I can say that this is a great product. My main priorities were that it was unflavored and easy to mix with different drinks. After a few weeks of use, I have mixed it with hot and cold drinks, water, smoothies, juices, and iced tea, and it works well in most cases. The main downside is mixability. It can take some time and effort to fully dissolve, and occasionally some powder is left over. Personally, this isn’t a big issue for me, and I sometimes just drink it as is, but it’s something to keep in mind. Pros: - Truly unflavored - Works with many types of drinks - Good overall value Cons: - Doesn’t dissolve easily Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple creatine supplement. If you care a lot about perfect mixability, you may want to consider other options or non-powder forms.

This product stacked with the ON whey protein Gold is a combo for any serious gym goer. I used to use combo mixes that contain both creatine and protein, but this product is the way to do it, and you wont find a better price any where else. If you are looking for strength stamina, and optimum (excuse the pun) performance, then this product is for you. Pure Micronized creatine, plus a decent protein shake, and you would have cut out all the unnecessary carbs in other shakes. Eat well, and clean though, and do enough cardio to keep you pumped.
