I am impressed that this supplement is formulated by Dr. David Perlmutter, MD, and made in the USA. This is a quality multivitamin with good ingredients that are very effective. I have not had any negative side effects from these supplements. They are an important part of my daily routine to stay healthy.

These supplements are made by a great company that you can trust uses good ingredients and are effective. They have no smell or taste whatsoever. They are small enough I have no trouble swallowing them.

I ate a little before I took these vitamins. Five minutes after swallowing 2 capsules, I was projectile vomiting. I have never thrown up from a supplement/ vitamin before. Luckily, in 10 minutes I was feeling normal. So definitely an untoward response to the Garden of Life Supplement.

I can't claim this supplement has affected my mood or stress levels. To be honest, I don't feel much different since starting them, however your experience may vary. That being said, I trust the brand and am confident in the quality of the ingredients as a result. I've not had any unwanted side-effects, and see no reason not to recommend these based on my experience with Garden of Life in the past.

I have a pretty bad gag reflex so I'll just say right off the bat these are losing a point for being pretty big. That said, I don't notice any negative effects when taking this as a mostly daily supplement. I don't notice any specific benefits or differences either, but I'm being cautious to not invoke placebo effect. I don't think these would hurt to take, but would have preferred liquid gels or smaller tablets.

Very good concoction of vitamins and minerals. However, they left out the Potassium for some reason? At least I don't see any on the label. I always give my supplements a very good sniff. Your nose can tell you a lot about some things. I can definitely smell the vitamin C and the capsules definitely have the smell of "vitamins". My new multi for the next two months. I do a multivitamin three to four times a week.
