Super happy with this supplement. I’ve taken dozens of magnesium supplements over the years and have finally found a keeper. Since I’ve been taking the LESLabs magnesium glycinate, I’m sleeping more soundly, often times not even waking once during the night (I’ve heard this is uncommon for 48yr old females). And on the rare occasions that I do wake up, I feel relaxed and can fall back asleep easily. Another huge benefit is improved regularity, digestion is better and that is something I’ve struggled with since childhood. Plus, I feel like this is a safe, high quality supplement that I can give to my children if/when they struggle with sleep or digestion. Highly recommend!
