This appliance is easy to use, easy to clean, works as shown, and small to store. I washed it and used it today and it worked perfectly. I like that I can cook 7 eggs at once for "boiled" eggs and also poach eggs or make an omelet. I will order 1 for my hubby for his man cave for convenience. So much less clean-up and guess work than boiling an egg! The cooking directions are clear. Neat design. Pleasant chime sound. Steaming cooks surprisingly better than the old method. I found that I like to leave the eggs in for an additional four or so minutes after the chime starts before I open the lid. I have not had that green tinge around the yolks from over cooking and while the yolk is cooked, it isn’t hard like a squash ball. The yolk is actually fluffy. Cons: The egg shell piercing pin is confusing. No directions on using that other than to puncture shell. Not sure how far down to push the pin and worried about shell in the egg and busting the egg all over. I don’t push it very far -until I hear it crack twice.

It works but the boiling times are all wrong

Excelente producto, lo recomiendo al 100 % súper práctico y muy rápido, sin duda lo recomiendo yo lo compre dos veces una para mi casa ,y otro se lo regalé a mi hijo que vive solo y le a servido de mucho.
