It may be "customIZED", but it's not a custom fit.
I basically concur with lhallman's 4-star review. It does the job, but it's hardly "customized" for the CB2. I used an exacto knife to cut out room for the inductor, and there is no hole for the SW1 switch - I'm hoping I never have to use it. Also one of the screws was too short for one corner, fortunately I had a spare black M2.5 screw with that extra 2 or 3mm needed. Would have much preferred a true custom heatsink that only contacts the 2 or 3 chips it needs to and uses thermal paste - this thick thermal pad can't be all that thermally efficient.

BTT says you dont need it, by better safe than sorry
Ill be honest, I didn't do any actual thermal testing with a temp gun. But when I saw this heat sink I just had to get it. The thermal sticker is perfectly cut, the heat sink itself is so sharp looking, and it comes with the mounting screws. This was a very wise purchase especially since I'm planning to move my printers to the garage to save space so heat will be more an issue out there. For me shipping was slow, but accurate. It had to ship from mainland china when I ordered in late 2024, but hopefully by now they have these here in the US of A for faster delivery. If you installed the board, this is an easy install, and honestly it actually holds the compute module more securely than it would otherwise be held in by the snap connectors alone.

Fits the CB2 on a Manta board, allows for 4020 fan mounting with the included hardware.

It works but could benefit from some design improvements.
The design of the heatsink is adequate however it blocks the SW1 switch despite there being a cutout hole in the thermal pad. I may have to machine out a slot on the side to be able to access it if/when needed. The thermal pad is very thick and it appears that the metal cover of the wifi module is getting crushed along with a coil on the board punching the heatsink pad through. Heatsink coverage is only necessary for the CPU and memory ship. I believe that I will cut the pad away and only contact the two chips. The screws provided are fine until you want to add a fan. There is one screw hole to hold a fan to the heatsink. For my case, I used two 25 mm M2.5 screws for the corners to hold the other two corners of the fan and the heatsink in place. The heatsink could definitely use some design improvements but overall should work fine.
