This Whey Protein contains not only a good quantity of protein, but added benefits of BCAAs, Glutamine, EAAs and CoQ10 that combined enhance recovery and muscle growth. For me, I use this after a gym session. If I'm spending 60 minutes in the gym, I want to be sure that I'm getting the most out of it. This, for me, comes from nutrition: being able to promote muscle growth and recovery straight after a session means I see better results and am able to feel better going into my next session. What really appealed to me about this shake really was the fact that not only am I getting a solid dose of protein at 22grams per a 30gram serving, but all those extras that I've taken over the years on and off. Being able to buy one product and not have to spend the time mixing them all is something that I've really come to appreciate. The flavour is nice. I picked up vanilla, so it's basic but has a good amount of sweetness to it. It mixes will well with milk/water using a shaker and the texture is smooth. I know some protein shakes clump together, but this doesn't do that - there's very rarely any bits left over. After using this for a month, I do think my recovery has been better. I'm feeling more ready for my next sessions and the DOMs aren't as bad as I'm used to. It's not a miracle by any means, but it helps the process and I'm reaching for this brand over others I have more and more.
