This is helping my husband lower his cholesterol and triglycerides it is also helping him lower his blood pressure. Excellent product. The doctor told us that this is the same thing as a Statin drug but much safer and she was glad that we were on it. This has no side effects for my husband but I understand that it can have similar side effects as the prescription drug. But as far as my husband is concerned he has not had any side effects and all of his bad side effects he was getting from the statins are gone and so far his blood work is better.

After six months, no life style changes, this product did lower my colesterol. I will continue to use it for another six month's till my next checkup.
