This stuff is miraculous!!
Out of the blue, we had little, itty-bitty, black ants traveling in our kitchen. (Ugh) These were smaller than even the typical little black "pavement" ants you'd see outside. We tried a few other products that slowed the ants down (including 50% boric acid/ 50% powdered sugar), but we could tell that the nest was still active. My father had recently conquered his ant problem and recommended we try the "Advance 375a". Well, after we sprinkled some of these granules to the area where the ants were traveling in the kitchen, the ants simply disappeared! It took less than 2 days!! We put the granules down on April 22, 2019 and we haven't seen them since!! Not even ONE!! Simply wonderful!! I've come back here to give a tip: The ants we had were so tiny that the Advance 375a granules were too big for them to grab and carry, so I took a small amount (like 1/2 tsp) of the granules and placed them in a sandwich-sized zip-lock baggie. I squeezed out the air, zipped it up, took a hammer and proceeded to pulverize the granules. I shook the bag around a little and hammered it again! I did this several times until I was satisfied that it was as pulverized as I could get it!. Then I sprinkled the contents around, and was pleased to see the ants were able to grab their bite-sized meals & go!!

It really works for carpenter ants
Although it's fairly expensive, a little bit goes a long way. This is the most effective product I've tried for carpenter ants. Better than sprays or generic ant killer. Sprinkle some in areas where you see the ants or expect they will be and over the course of a few days they will disappear- ants carry the bait back to the nest

Deception
Extremely disappointed with this product. I ordered 2 bottles and both arrived with less than 50% of the product in the bottle.

Professional strength ant eliminator
Professional strength. Gets ants gone. If you live in a rainy area, consider buying plastic bait stations to put it into so the rain doesn't constantly wash it away.

Works great but you don't get as much as you think.
Product works well, a few sprinkles and the next day the ants are gone. I dinged it one star because the container is barely half full! (If you think you are getting dinged with your cereal, this is way worse.) Based on the size of the container I thought it'd last me a year or so, but, NO! A more honest posting would have a container more appropriate to what's in it.

Works so well I still can't believe it.
Every summer, I've endured an invasion of carpenter ants. Some years more, other years less. The room they mostly flocked to was a rarely-used guest room/office. That is, until my child came along. Now that's their room & ants were not acceptable. I didn't have a full-scale invasion, but even a dozen of these big guys are pretty gross. I didn't want to think about what they might be doing to my house, either. Based on other positive reviews, I bought a jar of this & placed 3 small (3" square) plastic container-lids with a generous heap of this bait in each one, out of reach, but near where I'd seen ants. I also scattered a couple small trails of it around the house/on the roof, where I thought they might be getting in, or had seen them before. Any ants I saw outside immediately attacked the bait & carried it away..somewhere. Within 3 days all ant activity had ceased. It's been a month and I have not seen a single ant since. I barely made a dent in the 8oz container of bait, so I'd say this should take care of my ant-killing needs for the foreseeable future.

Ants didn't like it
This did nothing to attract / kill our ants. And on top of that, our cats loved it (sort of smells like fish food) and one even licked it when given 30 seconds to go in the room where I had placed the poison. We called poison control and they said she would be fine because she had such a small amount. But a large amount could be deadly! Please make sure that if you have cats you keep them far away from this.
