Black Ergonomic Office Chair: Mesh Desk Chair Comfy with Headrest& Lumbar

Chair was easy to assemble, super comfortable and it dead silent no creaking whatsoever. On top of that customer service is top class. I registered my chair for the extended warranty which is 5 YEARS and just for that they sent me a pair of rubber caster wheels to upgrade the plastic ones that came with the chair and they sent them FOR FREE! The new wheels are smooth to role around and more durable. Overall my experience has been amazing overall, 100% recommend.

Best customer service I’ve ever encountered! The metal base broke in less than 1 year. Not only did they send the parts at no charge, they also included upgraded wheels. The metal plate was thicker also than the original. They have been in contact with me throughout the process and called again today for me to confirm that the parts arrived, were the correct parts, and that everything was satisfactory!!! My son is very pleased with the chair, which he uses for gaming on his computer.

I’ve been really pleased with this chair so far. It was easy to put together, feels sturdy, and looks great at my desk. The X-shaped design gives it a more unique and modern style than a typical office chair. Most importantly, it’s comfortable. I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk, and this chair gives good support without being hard or uncomfortable. It’s a nice balance of comfort and structure, and it doesn’t take up too much space either. Overall, I think this is a great chair for anyone who wants something ergonomic, attractive, and practical for everyday use. Great value for the price.

Overall, this chair represents an excellent investment for those seeking comfort, durability, and attractive design in a single product.

The quality is do good i really love it

This chair is everything I wanted and more! The arms come up, so it saves space when not in use. The one I got is white and pink, which was what I was looking for. It took about 45 minutes to put together, and it looks just like in the picture. The arms have padding, and the seat itself is made of comfy foam. The back has adjustable support, and so does the neck area. You can, of course, also adjust the seat's height. So far, I love it.

This chair is an absolute game-changer compared to my previous IKEA chair. The chair itself is very beautiful; I ordered it in gray. It's incredibly comfortable, and the lumbar support and headrest make a significant difference that I notice every time I sit on it. No more lower back pain—it's completely gone. I wish I had purchased it earlier, as my previous chair caused me so much discomfort. The only issue I encountered was with the order. Because I wasn't home when FedEx came, I had to pick up the chair at a FedEx delivery station, and when I opened it, I discovered it had been delivered in a different color. I was quite frustrated and wrote a negative review, which was subsequently deleted. However, the chair was promptly replaced, and I was reimbursed for the import fees, which helped resolve the delivery error. I would definitely order this chair again, perhaps in white, as it looks so stylish!
