Still pregnant so haven't tried the soothing spray yet but can imagine that will feel nice. The prep oil is not for me, I couldn't put my thumbs into my bits before I was pregnant and now that the belly is in the way, no way I can reach. Only managed to do it sitting on toilet and still struggled. Started early as well, at 33 weeks can't reach anymore, it's just too awkward and I can't bend without squishing the baby so it is painful on the belly. Don't want to involve partner. I watched a lot of videos to see if I'm doing it wrong but the videos are all animated and I find them unrealistic, I really tried. I heard good things about the spray so hopefully that will be good.

While the Peri Prep Your Bits oil was effective, I couldn’t use the spritz for bits due to stitches, as advised by my midwife. The premature arrival of my baby limited my use of the oil, making the overall kit feel pricey, especially when cheaper alternatives are available for the massage oil. This left me with mixed feelings about its value for money.

It helped me healing from the tears I got after give birth.

No matter how many times I googled how to do the peri massage I just couldn’t do it! And I’m a flexible person haha!
