Great bread flour!
I bake sourdough bread often and Bob's Red Mill is my go-to flour. I have tried other famous brands but this is consistently the best. It works well in the starter and gives my loaves a good strong rise.

Better then King Arthur flour for sourdough bread
I have been buying these for making sourdough bread. So far the quality has been great each time I have bought them. They have made great sourdough loaves of bread. I have also used it to make coating for chicken. Each time I have bought them they are fresh and ready to use. Honestly I prefer this over king Arther bread flour.

All bags intact shrink wrapped in thick heavy plastic
Comparable in price to my local grocery store but shipped to my door shrink wrapped in heavy plastic. Many comments about busted open bags; that was not my experience, so perhaps that problem was fixed. I absolutely will be buying this again.

Good flour for sourdough bread. Just wish Amazon would put a little paper packing in the box. It would have prevented one bag from busting open
