I’ve been using the Sensodyne Pronamel Clinical Enamel Strengthening Toothpaste (Whitening Action, 3-pack) daily, and it’s one of the most effective whitening and enamel care pastes I’ve tried. The biggest difference I noticed was how effective it is at strengthening enamel and reducing sensitivity — after a couple of weeks, my teeth feel noticeably stronger and less sensitive to hot or cold foods. This EXACT product repaired the enamel damage that caused sensitive teeth (morning and night use). I've noticed some whitening, which was a surprise because I am still drinking tea, coffee, and foods that stain the teeth. When I get my teeth cleaned, I am told that I have zero build up and my gums look great! Warning about similarly named versions of this product (avoid the Costco version): * Not all Sensodyne products are created equal. * Costco has a version of this product that was HORRIBLE and caused severe sharp shock-like pain along my gums anytime I had anything acidic or anything hot or cold and this lasted for OVER A WEEK. It was literally as bad as the pain I experienced after doing an expensive professional dentist in-office whitening with blue light many years ago when they used the 44% gel that burned the skin off of your gums! * The Costco-specific version is NOT THE SAME as this product (thankfully). REPAIR MIRACLE: Following my mistake for attempting to buy this at Costco (not knowing it was a different product), it took 3 days of using this toothpaste to repair the damage. Nothing else worked. I was so happy on the 4th day when I could have coffee again instead of having to take caffeine pills and no longer needed to avoid hot food and hot soup! When I have used whitening strips (before a big event), it also takes about 2 days for my teeth to feel completely 100% again. I LOVE THIS TOOTHPASTE. PRO TIPS: If you have sensitive teeth, I found it helpful to stop eating at least 3 hours before bed to prevent enamel loss caused by acid reflux (acid reflux eats enamel while you sleep and hurts your gums).

Delightful. I've been a pronamel user who only ever used the classic formula for years. I'm excited about this. Same good flavor. No sensitivity at all!

Truthful review from an actual consumer who is not being paid or compensated: I have sensitive teeth; this toothpaste works well for sensitivity. It promises whitening and enamel improvement, however I have been using daily for 2-3 years and my teeth are NOT whiter. Not even a little bit. I brush with an electric toothbrush twice daily. The toothbrush runs for 2 minutes and I do that twice as well. The peppermint flavor is fine - not too strong nor too weak. The tubes are not as large or filled as compactly as most tubes of toothpaste. As a result the tube doesn’t last very long at all. I do like the way it stands upside down easily because of the shape of the cap. It is fairly easy to squeeze out most of the paste. I am hoping the enamel building quality is really working but I have no way to know if it is or not, unlike the whitening I cannot see enamel building.

I've used Sensodyne for years because my teeth tend to be sensitive. Recently, the regular Sensodyne hasn't been doing much for the sensitivity. When I saw this I thought I'd give it a try. I'm SOOOO glad I did! This 3X the enamel protection definitely makes a difference...a SIGNIFICANT difference! Couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Good Choice. It really works to desensitize teeth. My only issue is which one to use. Worth the extra money.
