Incredibly sharp for the price
We love these little Kiwi knives! For the price you can buy multiple packs for use in the kitchen, camping, the work shop, anywhere really. They are super light weight and very sharp. They work great as a paring knife or even steak knives. They seem to hold an edge for a long time as well. We would buy more.

Great kitchen/utility knives.
I got these after seeing someone on Reddit mention them. I’m a big fan of the cheap Victorinox and Old Hickory brand knives. Simple and decent quality. The kind of knife you keep in the drawer that costs less than your good knives but gets used much more often. These fit with the other two to make the perfect trifecta of inexpensive kitchen utility knives. They are simple: plastic handle and stainless steel blade. Handle: A spartan non glass reinforced polymer…they are plastic. Simple yellow plastic. A nice, albeit small finger choil in case you are really cutting hard. A nice texture so they aren’t slippery when your hands are wet from frost on the chicken tender bag. And a little hole to hang it on a nail. Not really the usually thing for me but the one I keep in my shed has found a nail to rest on Blade: It’s some kind of mystery stainless steel. Likely one of the conglomerations of letter and numbers that is common of Chinese steels. Blade stock is thin at approximately 1mm and the blade is very flexible. Bevel grind is fairly symmetrical and the knives come with a toothy edge out of the box. They are a little soft but can be touched up easily with a steel or hone. Overall a great knife in the line of Victorinox and Old Hickory. Simple, inexpensive, and incredibly useful. While they lack the materials and finish of much more expensive knives, they do cut well for most tasks. Would highly recommend.

Very sharp.
These are very sharp and for a cheap knife kiwi make amazing kitchen knives. For in the kitchen this is about all you need from cutting veggies to jowl bacon these are it. They are very easy to keep sharp as well. Just a couple pulls on a v style sharpener andvits like bew again. I have had NO trouble with rust either.

Sharp and convenient knives
I ordered knives based on the recommendation of a professional chef @resto_ray. During her trips to Thailand, she discovered these wonderful knives and shared about them on her Instagram. The knives are very sharp, lightweight, and comfortable to hold. Lately, I've been using ceramic knives, they're sharp and don't require sharpening. The new knives are perhaps even sharper and can be used for cutting vegetables and fruits. Delivery really was fast, it took just 2.5 weeks
