I like the option of having our emergency lantern also be a charging point for cell phone or other flashlights. Oil lamps have ambiance, but when you're having a public safety power shut off due to high winds, or due to a wildfire, I am much more comfortable using a battery powered option, and USB charging is ubiquitous nowadays. We have quite a few power banks and lights that operate on USB C, and have the variety in case a product isn't great. This one has been an easy value, and can be brought in your vehicle, camping, outdoors to feed the critters, or indoors for a variety of uses, family games, reading, cooking on the wood stove, or as a spare light to ward off the darkness.

Arrived on scheduled date. Products looked nice and good. One lantern was charged up to the 3 blinking blue spots the other was not charged. I charged both lanterns fully and tested them. both worked well. I just did not checked howb long the charge will hold. But as products arrive they looked solid and well made. the brightness of the light emitted as as claimed. I will recommend the products to all interested for instances of power outage or hurricane hit.

After having power out for a few hours I knew I needed something brighter than candles. Haven't had to use it since but I did charge it and it is nice that it has different brightness settings. For the price it was worth it.

After the last power outage we had I opted to get a lantern or something. I have a dollar store battery operate one, but it only gets so bright and is limited in range. I want to also get a hand crank one, but for now I got this rechargeable one. I was looking for something bright and I found it! This thing is bright! It has a nice range as well. It comes with everything you need and fully charged. I don't know exactly how long the battery lasts on different settings as I have not tested that part yet.

I do a lot of camping, especially cabin trips, so I always carry backup lighting. I bought this lantern about a year ago and only ended up using it three times, alongside my main setup. Unfortunately, it already stopped working after just those few uses. That’s pretty disappointing considering it was barely used and mostly stored properly between trips. For something meant for camping, I expected better durability and reliability. A lantern is basic safety gear, and this one didn’t hold up. Wouldn’t recommend if you need something dependable outdoors.

These are well worth getting. The are bright with different settings.....Another plus is that the amount of charge they have to charge your cell phone or tablet is unbelievable. They are both still showing 100 percent charge (I received them on 4/25 ,today is 5/23 and they they are both still showing 100 percent charge and keep in mind ,no batteries.

Beware of these lights they are horrible for long term use of more than 2 hrs. The charging takes forever and I wish I could return them. They work well when fully charged but, you will hv to charge them everyday. The weird thing is they're unavailable at this time which, is in my opinion is a good thing.

Great lantern for camping takes up little space but very bright for its size. Rechargeable and a great item for the price. Also can be used as an extra battery backup.
