Highly Effective Solution.
I been using regularly (1 tablet daily) for 2 years to mitigate IBS symptoms, after I decided to stop taking prescribed proton pump inhibitors...This is a great product. It works wonderfully. Before, could not deal with lactose. Now, I eat what I want, within reason!I highly recommend.

What a difference
I'm genuinely not one for leaving reviews. I'm so used to buying stuff that makes no difference. I've had difficulties with my stomach on and off for years, bloating, gas, not so great stool etc. I just thought that was how it was for me. After a stomach bug recently my wife said get yourself a good probiotic. I landed on this one with no specific reason, but what a difference it has made. Bloat gone, stool like a teenager again and perfectly regular.

comes in a HUGE bottle
product seems to deliver as promisedminor issue/gripe is the picture clearly shows 3 60 capsule bottles (I can use 1 and put 2 others aside)comes in ONE VERY BIG BOTTLE which for me is a total pain because I have limited space for my foodstuffs and additivesthe bottle is twice as large as needed for the amount of capsulesOK moan over, the product is in an easy to swallow reasonable sized capsule and my guts seem to be comfortable with it, so reasonable value for high quoted CFU product

They WORK
I've had to take a lot of drugs for the last 10-15 years. At first I used to get diarrhoea with certain foods or a combination of foods, lately it's been everytime I went. I have tried other prebiotics/probiotics but although they helped a bit ,not enough to make me buy them again. I'm so happy I decided to try Natures Zest, I really thought I would have to wait a few days to see if there was any improvement but for me they worked straight away, I even told my husband, "no diarrhoea for 3 days" !! I have already told my sisters about them, will definitely buy more.
