Missing resting rack

We really like the faq but it has no resting rack rather disapointed. Can you tell me if we can get one please Thanks Jenny

Any one help with getting hold of the sellar I love the bbq but it's got a few parts missing thanks I don't want to send it back.the bbq is fabulous works really well . I'm just missing the resting rack .
