Useful

Mediocre product to a returning customer
The first time when I ordered it, I got good quality material and the packaging was also done properly and I was a bit satisfied with the product so I bought it again and got a very mediocre product. The Package was a simple plastic wrap which was torn and the quantity also seems to be less. Above all some pouches were also torn resulting in then silica spill as well. Overall I am a bit annoyed by the way they handled a happy customer just to turn him back from returning.

The product is okay. Not exactly 100. A few missing and damaged. The outer packaging of each could be better too. But okay product, workable.
